By using GrowthApp, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Intended Audience

The app is intended for parents, guardians and healthcare professionals. Use for minors occurs with legal guardian consent.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activities performed under your account.

4. Content and Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. We process data according to the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

5. Plans and Subscriptions

We offer Free and Premium plans. Premium is purchased in-app (Google Play/Mercado Pago). Non-payment or cancellation may end Premium access at the end of the current cycle.

6. Responsibilities

GrowthApp helps organize treatment but does not replace medical advice. Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions.

7. Prohibited Uses

It is prohibited to violate system security, exploit vulnerabilities or use the app for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or data loss arising from app use.

9. Cancellation and Deletion

You may close your account and request total deletion of data. See Data Deletion.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Relevant changes will be communicated in the app or via email.
